First I apologize for having done so to wait, but the projected version of the trailer in Lucca was extremely altered, stitched in a hurry, so I thought it appropriate to take the time to fix everything in a satisfactory manner. And it was worth it, because there are differences, and you can see.
What UFO Grendizer KING?
It 's a great sequel to the popular series by Go Nagai, designed and created by me.
Currently there is only the trailer and the plot of the series, which would ideally be composed of seven episodes. Of course, before someone asks me, no, not make all 7 episodes, since it is physically impossible to do such work alone and without economic remuneration. Not to mention that these are people protected by copyright.
I think should be pointed out that this project is a totally non-profit organization, whose sole purpose is to pay homage to the series created by Go Nagai in his time, and take satisfaction that I enjoyed working on these characters.
The idea was born to play several months ago. some will remember that I made a couple of pictures at the time. The purpose was to pull out a few posters, but then suddenly the project has gone further to become a true cinematic trailer.
The entire movie was created and designed in about a month and a week's work. Very little time, why is not exactly as I had imagined, but I had to make compromises, cutting out many scenes that I wanted to include but not be created for obvious reasons of time.
The weather was so tyrant that I had to work without having prepared and tested a real storyboard, but using only what I had imagined in the mind.
The reason for this haste is that the trailer was made in order to have a draft version to be shown at Lucca Comics, during the conference GONAGAI.FORUMFREE.NET forum held by the staff of which have been so kind to allow me to show it, and that seemed right to honor with this work.
A day will be online on my personal blog, containing my work, including UFO Grendizer King.
But until then (and later of course!) I will be happy to use and disclose the forum as a space for discussion GONAGAI.FORUMFREE.NET, hoping that the trailer also attract new users who go to thicken the line of people attend this virtual place! (Godzilla is so happy and do not spam anywhere that I did not include the forum in the credits of the movie)
